Indian Relay Horse Racing is a centuries old sport, but is presently gaining fan base at a
staggering rate. Organized by Horse Nations Indian Relay Council, the Championship of
Champions is the highest profile Indian Relay Race in North America. Riders from the United States and Canada compete all summer long to earn entry into the prestigious race meet.
We are excited to announce that we will be adding an “All Star Indian Relay Race Battle of the Nations” that has never been done before on Thursday, September 23rd, 5pm. Tribe vs tribe for the most exciting relay races considered to be the “most extreme horse race on the track”. The riders will race bareback for 3 laps on 3 horses, striving to cross the finish line first. Teams will vying for their chance to take home the first ever 2021 Championship in the All Star Indian Relay Race to their tribal nation.
Plan an evening with more Indian Relay Races, women and men races, and the highlight of the evening kid races as they bring their friends and favorite ponies to compete in relay and races.
It’s family night so load up the whole family for an evening of fun, food, and vendors.
Come join us as we kick off the All Stars Indian Relay Thursday, September 23rd 5pm and Championship of Champions, presented by Wind River Hotel & Casino and Northern Arapaho, September 24th, 25th, and 26th at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds in Casper Wyoming.

horsenationsindianrelay.com. Gates open at 12:00 p.m., races start at 2:00 p.m. all three days.
The culture of the Horse Nations is proudly on display with Native American drum groups and dancers in pre-race ceremonies and entertaining between races. There will also be Native American vendors on site with Native American crafts and jewelry.
