- Tobacco Use of any kind (including any type of e-cigarette or smokeless tobacco) is prohibited in all building on the fairgrounds. We appreciate your compliance.
- No dogs/pets allowed on the fairgrounds except as permitted by ADA regulations and special events permitted by CWFR.
- Dates/facility will be released if the contract is not signed and returned within 14 days of the date on the contract.
Insurance RequirementsLessee must provide the Board/County with insurance that shall contain broad form contractual liability with a combined single limit of a minimum of $1,000,000 each occurrence and an aggregate limit of at least $2,000,000 for general liability coverage. Lessee will name Natrona County Fair Association as a named additional insured unless specifically waived by the fair board.
Cancellations
100% of fees collected will be refunded provided notification of the cancellation is received fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled event. Booking not cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event, will be billed the full amount of the published fee.
Alcohol Requirements
Any alcohol sold at any event will be operated and managed by the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. No outside alcohol is permitted. Lessee's may obtain permission from management and the Natrona County Fair Board to obtain a permit from Natrona County in order to provide alcohol for events. Click here for details:
